Yoga is fantastic for men!

It combines benefits such as: functional strength, balance and flexibility in a way no other workout does.  Plus, it’s been scientifically proven to improve our mental and emotional fitness.  That’s why so many top sports people are using it as part of their training.

But.  As a man, it can be a little confusing where to start.  Which of the myriad of classes should I try?  What if I’m not flexible enough?  Won’t everybody else know what they are doing?

Fear not.  David Ellard, Founder of Mind and Body Movement, is bringing his experience in teaching dedicated Yoga for Men courses, workshops and classes to The  Centre just for YOU!

David will  introduce you to the benefits of yoga in a way that will work your body.  At the end of the session you will feel ready to take the plunge into any yoga class with confidence.
