This style of yoga encourages you to lengthen and smooth out the breath: as your lungs become stronger and the nervous system cools, the body becomes more spacious freeing you more to the possibilities of feeling deeper in your body.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of each class. If you are not there by this time, and the class is fully booked, your place may be offered to someone wanting to drop in. This will be considered a late cancellation and no refund or alternative will be offered.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Mats and other equipment are provided by Aylesbury Yoga Centre, but please feel free to bring your own.
