Meditation (beginners)

A wonderful opportunity for those wanting to explore meditation.

Learn to find deeper stillness and peace, reduce stress, improve your memory and clarity of thought and to live in the here and now.
This is a relaxed and friendly class, which is designed for anyone wanting to explore a regular and more meaningful meditative practice; whether a complete beginner or someone who has lapsed and wants to refresh or learn a new technique.
This class offers guidance and support in developing your own home practice and incorporating these methods into everyday life.

We reserve the right to cancel the class if less than 3 people have booked on.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of each class. If you have pre booked and are not there by this time, and the class is fully booked, your place may be offered to someone wanting to drop in. This will be considered a late cancellation and no refund or alternative will be offered.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Mats and other equipment are provided by Aylesbury Yoga Centre.
