The Integral method, so called because it seeks to integrate the mind, body, and spirit, is intended to give students the tools they need to live peaceful, healthy, joyful, useful lives.
A class can consist of an asana (yoga pose) practice, breathing exercises, chanting, kriyas (cleansing exercises) and meditation.

Integral hatha yoga follows the teachings of Swami Satchidananda – to go beyond the physical practice of yoga postures: He sought to inspire students to find fulfillment in themselves and promote a peaceful existence with others.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of each class. If you are not there by this time, and the class is fully booked, your place may be offered to someone wanting to drop in. This will be considered a late cancellation and no refund or alternative will be offered.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Mats and other equipment are provided by Aylesbury Yoga Centre.
