What is Health Qigong
Qigong is an ancient Chinese Health Preservation Exercise with over 3000 years of history. It is considered a Body Mind Exercise involving slow meditative movements with controlled breathing techniques, integrating mind, body and breadth to cultivate and promote the flow of Qi within the body

‘Qi’ means breadth or life force. ‘Gong’ means work. So Qigong means working with one’s life force.

Health Qigong is a system of exercises comprising of some of the oldest Qigong in China, some of these forms have more than 1000 years of history.
