with Paula Tait.  6.15pm arrival (to allow time to get settled for a 6.30pm start) – 8pm.
£15 (£18 at the door if there is space)

Experience a sound journey with symphonic gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and other enchanting instruments to receive a sublime sound massage and meditation.

The energy, frequencies and vibrations of sound create relaxation of your mind, body and spirit to rejuvenate, balance and harmonise your whole being. It is described as a massage without touch that takes you into a calm and meditative state. It is said that you will receive just what you need from the gongs.

Please wear plenty of layers and bring something to lie on (yoga mat, sleeping bag, blankets), a cushion and a blanket to cover yourself with. The Centre does provide mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks and some cushions. The aim is to be warm and be comfortable throughout so you can be in a receptive state to allow the sounds to wash over and within you.

Chrissie’s interest in people and the psyche, health and well being and the recognition that each of us has something unique to offer has led her down the path of holistic health. She trained with The College of Sound Healing and qualified in 2013. Sound therapy has become a passion that she loves to share. In her healing journeys she plays the symphonic gong, Himalayan singing bowls, koshi chimes and other percussion instruments which create a beautiful, healing and peaceful space.
