Meditation


Meditation trains the brain to strengthen connections between neurons and also to make new connections, creating a brain that is under our control and better at doing what we tell it to do!

We can alter the brain’s ability to CONCENTRATE more fully on the present moment, to let go of STRESS and cultivate greater COMPASSION towards those around us. In this way we can become more effective in the way we use our mental energy, and hence improve and maintain our physical and mental well being.
