Yoga for Special Needs
These sessions are suitable for babies, children and young adults with Down’s syndrome, cerebral palsy, and those diagnosed with autism, attention deficit disorder, ADHD and learning disabilities…
These can be booked in advance, paid for individually, or with a pre paid frequent user class card so reducing the price per class the more classes you buy. You can also take a chance and drop in – numbers are limited though, so book if you can…
Situated on Cambridge Street, 5 minutes walk from the town centre, we offer a timetable of weekly classes, workshops, courses and special events. Whether you are new to yoga, meditation, looking to deepen your practice, or looking for ways to improve your well being, our team of experienced teachers is here to support and guide you.

Timetable Update and Latest News
We are open 7 days a week offering weekly classes, plus workshops, special events and courses.
Tuesday mornings – Kate will be teaching – ‘fit flow’ – Some beautifully imaginative sequencing will
build up your heart rate and through the physical intensity will heighten your body, breath and mental awareness and steadiness. Some yoga experience and a level of fitness required.
Thursday evenings – Gemma will be teaching – ‘yin yoga’ – a style that will slow you down and draw you deep into your practice through the meditative, mindful expression of supported, sustained asanas. Open to all ages and abilities.
PLEASE NOTE – Tuesday morning fit flow; Thursday evening yin yoga and Friday evening hatha flow – these classes are, until further notice, book able only (please no drop ins). We reserve the right to cancel the classes if no one books in so please book in and check that the classes are running. Thank you very much for your co-operation.
